It is aimed at busy practitioners who work for their communities and who want to understand the time and tasks involved before they register. The Ambassadors Activation is a short, structured programme that helps experienced alumni become Ambassadors by developing communication skills, planning concrete actions, and strengthening their professional profile. ## Week 1: Foundations ### What you will do - Join the Ambassadors network and confirm your participation. - Read the code of conduct and the rules of participation. - Create or update a simple online professional profile. - Introduce yourself to peers from other countries. - Write a short personal story that explains your journey, your context, and why you want to serve as an Ambassador. ### What you will get - A clear starting point as part of a global network. - A visible profile that you can share with colleagues and partners. - A concise narrative that links your experience to your future role. ## Week 2: A simple action plan ### What you will do - Choose one realistic action that you can carry out every month as an Ambassador. - Define a few simple indicators to track your progress. - Read and comment on the stories of three colleagues. - Practise offering constructive and respectful feedback. ### What you will get - A compact monthly action plan instead of a long and unrealistic list. - First experience of structured peer review, which is central to the Foundation’s method. - New ideas from the way peers in other countries plan their work. ## Week 3: Communication and support ### What you will do - Invite colleagues to learn with you in a specific programme. - Review three draft Ambassador action plans and suggest improvements. - Post a short invitation message on the social platform that you use most. - Help at least one colleague to register for a new learning activity. - Report what you have done using a simple online form. ### What you will get - Practical experience in outreach that takes minutes, not hours. - Feedback skills that you can reuse in your own team or programme. - Direct evidence of how your actions lead to new enrolments. ## Week 4: Ambassador plan and recognition ### What you will do - Finalise a short Ambassadors plan that sets out what you will do and how often. - Improve this plan using comments and suggestions from peers. - Publish your plan on the learning platform. - Complete any remaining tasks needed for certification or a mission letter. ### What you will get - A realistic blueprint for your work as an Ambassador over the coming months. - Eligibility for an Ambassadors certificate or mission letter from the Foundation. - An invitation to join the next global induction ceremony.
