Women who deliver vaccines: International Women’s Day Celebration #IWD2022 #VaccinesWork

We believe that women who deliver vaccines have a powerful story to tell. This story should be told by women themselves, even as we work hand in hand with men. Last year, on International Women’s Day, we honored women on the frontlines working tirelessly to maintain immunization services during the COVID-19 pandemic, support the vaccine rollout, and pursue efforts to reach the 20 million children who remain at risk from vaccine-preventable diseases. More than 800 women responded by participating and sharing their experience in an awesome event.
